On August 19, 2014 the IRS determined that the Dr. Berny Rothschild Foundation is exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code. Our exemption is retroactive to October, 23, 2012, meaning that any past and future contributions to the Foundation are tax deductible.
